Professionally Insured (Errors & Omissions Insurance) For Customer Protection
We carry professional insurance in the form of Errors & Omissions (E&O) and General Liability (GL). Professional insurance equals professional accountability.
The state of Ohio does not require home inspectors to carry ANY insurance so be sure to ask prior to hiring a home inspection company if they carry (E&O) or (GL) insurance.Post Inspection Summary
Following the home inspection, your home inspector will answer all of your questions and walk you around the inspection site. You will have the opportunity to ask questions & point out any areas of concern to your inspector. You will also receive a survey to fill out (to be sent out after you receive your inspection report) letting us know how we performed. The survey is how your inspector is graded and lets us know how we as a company can improve our service to you.Members Of The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors
All of our inspectors are members of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. This is the largest home inspector organization in the world with the most stringent requirements. For more information visit this linkWe're a Modern Business
